The lunch he provided was delicious and alongside that the “bake off” style competition he organized was enormous fun. He was well organised and responsive and great fun as MC and judge of the bake off. Everyone had a fantastic day and I’d highly recommend Chef Hilal if you’re looking to organize something a little different!”

“Chef Hilal met us at our AirBnb a few hours before the first dinner to help us customize the menu for the two nights. These 2 nights were such a good experience, that I would fly him to the states to cook for any major event I was throwing, including our wedding. Honestly, even if he wasn't hired as a chef, he was such a delight to be around, that I would invite him as a friend. I know my partner and I will be talking about Chef Halil's food for years to come. We will probably fly back to Grand Cayman solely for Chef Halil's food. 100% recommended... do yourself a favor and skip the restaurants.”
